Sylas J Miranti is a Commercial Associate Realtor, Investment specialist and Financial Consultant with London Foster Realty, located in Miami Beach, Florida. Sylas has secured a number of professional licenses and is a certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN). He takes pride on his many successful real estate transactions throughout the globe and representing his international investors.
He has enjoyed being involved in both the mortgage and real estate sector since the 1990’s, as a Mortgage Broker, business owner, Financial Consultant and Realtor. His strong resume also consists of over 10 years as a General Contractor in home renovations, although his true passion is commercial real estate, investments and consulting.

Carola Lueder
Carola Lueder, PA, CIPS — Hospitality-focused real estate advisor with 30+ years specializing in hotel sales, acquisitions, and condo‑hotel development. She began her career in 1990 with Marcus & Millichap in Newport Beach, leading multifamily and hotel transactions with listings exceeding $110M and developing deep expertise in hotel valuation, disposition, and portfolio acquisitions. Transitioning to luxury and condo‑hotel projects, Carola founded Properties USA in 2005 to develop boutique condo‑hotels and served as a consultant on hospitality projects nationally and internationally, including engagements in London and Costa Rica.
Based in South Florida, she has held brokerage leadership and executive investment advisory roles, partnered to launch CAVIAR Global Properties as SIDE Inc.’s first Florida commercial partner. Recognized as one of 11 Florida Commercial Realtor’s of the Year (2018) and honored with a statewide NAR commercial award (2019), Carola holds the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. She provides strategic acquisition and disposition advisory, due diligence and asset repositioning guidance, and development consulting for hotel owners, operators, and institutional investors.
